Addition and remodel of a 9th and 9th area home incorporating passive and active solar while adding valuable space to a small home. The new sunroom and master bedroom are south facing and serve to enhance the connection to and enjoyment of the rear yard. Solar hot water heating supplies the home with it’s domestic hot water needs.
